erm's Journal is a home for poetry, prose and journal entries by Emmanuella Raphaelle, published by Journal Journey LLC. Your trust matters to me, so here is plainly what I collect, why, and how you stay in control.
What I collect
Your email address (and name, if you share it) when you sign up for my letters or download a free printable.
Order details when you buy a book: your name, shipping address and email, so I can send your copy. Payments are handled securely by Squarespace and its payment partners. I never see or store your full card number.
Messages you send me through the site or by email.
Basic site activity, such as which pages are visited, gathered through cookies only if you choose to allow them.
How I use it
To send you good news and the gifts you request, to fulfill and ship your orders, to reply to you, and to understand which writing resonates so I can create more of it.
What I never do
I don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.
Who helps me
My website and emails run on Squarespace, which stores this information on my behalf under its own privacy and security practices.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
You can change your cookie choices anytime using Cookie Preferences at the bottom of the site.
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by writing to erm@ermsJournal.com.
Children
This site is meant for adults, and I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
